Three Independent Auto Dealerships Hit The Market

Ron Osborne, Broker/President of RJ Realty, has been selected to market for sale two of the largest independent used car dealerships in Broward County.

Both properties allow for 250 to 300 vehicles and are situtated on 1.8 acres each, within the greater Plantation submarket in the Automotive Mall district.

Motor House was the 4th busiest independent used car dealership in Broward County, with more than 1,300 vehicles sold in 2016. The property is located at 600 N. State Road 7. The second dealership, located at 747 N State Road 7, is situated on a hard-lighted corner and had over $8 million in gross sales last year.

Both properties are well positioned along the State Road 7 corridor with high traffic counts of over 46,000 vehicles per day.

“This is a rare opportunity to purchase a prime location in the auto district in Plantation,” explained Osborne.

Both properties are listed for sale at $6,500,000 each.

Osborne has also been tasked with marketing the Apple Auto location on State Road 7 for sale and/or lease.  Located just north of I-595, the Apple Auto property is a smaller showroom, comprised of 6,000 square feet and situated on 31,000 square feet of land, zoned B-3, in unincorporated Broward. The dealership can accommodate approximately 80 vehicles and was renovated in 2016. The list price is $2,575,000.  Asking rent is $17,000 net per month.
